Grrr, when I post from phone, the enter key submits post. Great! Soooo, guess no new paragraphs and I just text and let it all just run together... I apologize! I hope to blog more often and have even decided to take on a new direction that will underline this blog... I will show you all, thru my blogs. The lovely city I live in. Ivan and I love it here so much and know that there is just so much to share with those that have never been here... obviously we are lovers of food, but also lovers of the city here... so I will post reviews of food joints, stores, places, etc. So, stay tuned. First stop is this Friday. I have two girlfriends from work that I basically want to adopt into my family. We all get along so well and enjoy a lot of the same things and they love my son, so who could ask for more? Anyway, they will come along on a lot of these excursions, especially if they involve food. I will try to post their opinions as well. Friday, we are going to check out this new store called Greenbeing, which is an eco-friendly store that has just opened... then eat at Brixx Grill. Should be a fun night.

Why is the posting from the phone turn my blogs into a big mess? Anyone else have this problem... basically had to come in via my laptop and repost this and delete other posts... Frustrating...

Gonna post a recipe that Ivan found and has been using:

Bombay Potatoes:

Cut unpeeled potatoes into large wedges (1 lb)

Boil for about 20 min. Drain and let cool.

Frying pan: 4 TBLS olive oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, mix over heat til mustard seeds start popping...

Then toss potatoes in and fry til they are as crispy as you want them.

That's it! They are YUMMY!
